Innovative heating from Tyrol<\/h2>

Parcines\/Vinschgau\/South Tyrol\/Italy<\/strong>. Johannes Huber, founder of Etschside Custom, has a heart for motorcycles. Since 2022, Etschside Custom has been repairing, servicing and converting all motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson bikes. \"We prefer to realize your wishes and convert your existing Harley into a unique bike.\"<\/p>

Repairing Harleys in the warm<\/h2>

In 2024, owner and founder Johannes Huber came across the Tyrolean heating appliance manufacturer Puls-air via social media. Huber is interested and seeks advice directly from the Tyrolean family business. His workshop can be optimally heated with a 23.5 kW Puls-air heater. Shortly after commissioning, Johannes Huber is already raving about the quiet running noise and the pleasant warmth that the compact appliance distributes evenly throughout the room.<\/p>

Puls-air is different<\/h2>

The built-in patented pulsating combustion is not a \"direct current combustion\", but an \"alternating current combustion\".<\/p>

This means that the fresh gas column (fuel and air) and the flue gas column in the combustion chamber meet 62 times per second. When they meet, many small reactions occur which generate heat. Each reaction also produces a pressure wave, accompanied by a sound wave, which must be added to the efficiency. The efficiency is at least 97 %.<\/p>

Perfect heat distribution<\/h2>

Puls-air is physically positioned correctly on the floor of the room to be heated - this allows the warm air to be distributed below where work is being carried out, then slowly rises, cools down again at the top, sinks again and is preheated by the fan on the appliance and repeatedly drawn past the burner. This creates a thermal air roll that heats the entire room evenly and significantly reduces heating costs.<\/p>

Simple commissioning (plug and play)<\/h2>

Puls-air is so compact that it is delivered on a Euro pallet. Dimensions approx. 75 x 5 5x 95 at 75 kg. The exhaust gas is routed outside via the roof using a 35 mm stainless steel pipe. No separate chimney is required! The manufacturer recommends connecting the appliance to a larger heating oil tank.<\/p>
