With the Puls-air workshop heating 50 % save heating costs

50 % of heating cost savings

Customer reference

Workshop and hall owners have been relying on the efficient heating system from Austria since 1984.

The Schneider car dealership in Kaufungen saves over 50 % on heating costs with Puls-air

Initially, owner Sven Schneider heated his 1,400 m³ workshop with a gas heater with 3 wall heat exchangers from 1990. He became aware of Puls-air through a trade magazine. The many positive reviews and the compactness of the heating system from Austria convinced Mr. Schneider and he decided to purchase a Puls-air Plus 23.5 kW Made in Austria in 2023.

Simple commissioning

Puls-air is very easy to put into operation. Route the exhaust gas outside via the roof using a 35 mm stainless steel pipe, connect the optional larger heating oil tank, connect the power -> DONE. Puls-air is supplied completely ready for operation. The simplicity of commissioning cannot be compared with other solutions. Plug and play.

Quiet running noise - Odorless running

Noise and odor nuisance is no longer an issue with Puls-air. The heating oil-powered heater runs very quietly and no exhaust gas enters the room. In general, the emission values of Puls-air are excellent (NOX - 25 - 30, CO - 2 - 5 ppm; soot number 00). If you compare the CO value, the smoke from a cigarette has around 10,000 times more ppm CO than the exhaust gas from the Puls-air workshop and hall heater.

Heating oil in 2024?

With a consumption of between 1.1 and 2.5 liters of heating oil per hour of operation (depending on the model) and the above-mentioned emission values, there can be no two opinions that Puls-air is firstly extremely economical and secondly extremely clean and therefore environmentally friendly. Note: Thanks to the built-in thermostat, the heating switches off and on again automatically when the set temperature is reached. This saves heating costs.

Why is Puls-air so economical?

On the one hand, this is due to the patented pulsating combustion with an efficiency of over 97 %. Combustion produces an oscillating column of gas that changes direction 62 times a second. Movement = heat. These changes in direction (explosions) are accompanied by a sound wave and a pressure wave, which also produce heat. On the other hand, the positioning on the floor of the room to be heated saves heating costs. The manufacturer describes it as creating a slowly rotating thermal air roll in the room (see pictures). The warm air is released near the floor, where it is distributed, rises, cools down again at the top and, preheated, is drawn in again and again by the appliance.

Save costs all round

With Puls-air, you save money at every turn. It starts with the low-cost commissioning, the economical operation and the maintenance costs, which are hardly worth mentioning and can be easily carried out by yourself according to the operating instructions.

Little space required

Space is at a premium in many workshops and halls, however large they may be - every corner is needed. With a footprint of approx. 1 m² and a height of approx. 1 meter, Puls-air is extremely compact and does not take up much space

The right heating for all workshops and halls

There are 2 models of Puls-air. Puls-air Standard up to 600 m³ and Puls-air Plus up to 1,800 m³. Both values with very good insulation. For larger rooms, several devices can also be used in combination.

Why is pulse air so much more economical?

With conventional ceiling fans, a lot of heat is lost through long pipes. Heating large quantities of water in the boiler also requires a lot of energy. In addition, conventional oil burners have poor efficiency. With Puls-air, the efficiency is 97 %, which means that almost all the fuel that is introduced is converted into heat. In addition, Puls-air stands on the floor of the room to be heated, releases the warm air where it is being used and creates a slowly rotating thermal air roll in the room. The air is not always heated from 0, but is drawn through the heater again and again, preheated.

Running noise and dust exposure

GF Schinagl also notices positively that the running noise of Puls-air is much more pleasant and that much less dust is whirled up than with the ceiling fans.
