The independent car workshop Stefan Alt is an established business with a team of 5 employees. In 2025, the company is already celebrating its 20th anniversary. The focus is on reliable workshop work and practical solutions in day-to-day operations.
By choosing Puls-air in 2010, the company opted early on for an innovative and efficient heating solution for its workshop.
Before the changeover, the heating was provided by an old oil heating system, which proved to be extremely energy-intensive. Despite a significantly smaller workshop area, the heating costs back then were more than double the current situation.
The new workshop measures around 20 × 15 × 5 meters and therefore places higher demands on the heating capacity.
The main reason for the investment was a clear promise:
No more cold feet in the workshop.
This expectation has been fully confirmed in daily use.
The workshop reaches a comfortable working temperature after around 10 minutes. The heater is set to around 15 °C, as higher temperatures are already considered too warm for everyday work.
The heat distribution in the room is described as "top". The employees are also consistently satisfied with the heat output. Even at a low power level, the system provides sufficient heat.
Consumption is a particularly decisive advantage:
The annual requirement is around 800 liters, despite the workshop area being significantly larger than before. This has more than halved the heating costs compared to the old oil heating system.
The company clearly states the low consumption in combination with the quiet and pleasant heat as the biggest advantage.
Commissioning the heating system was uncomplicated and quick. Puls-air also impresses with its reliability and ease of use during operation.
Puls-air has been proving its strengths in daily use for over a decade.
The combination of fast heat, low consumption and high reliability makes the system an economical long-term solution for workshops.

The workshop clearly recommends Puls-air. The system is an ideal solution, especially for businesses that want to heat efficiently and significantly improve comfort at the same time.
There are 2 models of Puls-air. Puls-air Standard up to 600 m³ and Puls-air Plus up to 1,800 m³. Both values with very good insulation. For larger rooms, several devices can also be used in combination.
With conventional ceiling fans, a lot of heat is lost through long pipes. Heating large quantities of water in the boiler also requires a lot of energy. In addition, conventional oil burners have poor efficiency. With Puls-air, the efficiency is 97 %, which means that almost all the fuel that is introduced is converted into heat. In addition, Puls-air stands on the floor of the room to be heated, releases the warm air where it is being used and creates a slowly rotating thermal air roll in the room. The air is not always heated from 0, but is drawn through the heater again and again, preheated.
GF Schinagl also notices positively that the running noise of Puls-air is much more pleasant and that much less dust is whirled up than with the ceiling fans.
