Autohaus d155 GmbH is a medium-sized company and, under the management of owner and managing director Wolfram Peuker, has specialized in the Citroën brand from France since 2003. In addition to an authorized workshop, d155 GmbH is also a new car agency.
In 2016, d155 expanded its range of services to include Peugeot and since then has also offered the services of an authorized workshop and new car sales for the brand with the lion.
In addition to the administration area and a sales room, the company has 5 stages and currently a total of 10 employees. In addition, another workshop and reception hall is nearing completion. The new space is to be 10 m high, so that it is also suitable for commercial vehicles and motor homes.
Of course, our premises need to be heated in winter, preferably particularly economically and efficiently. So we set out to find a suitable heating system. From experience we know that standard ceiling fans never bring the warm air down to where it is needed. This costs a lot of money and the result is poor. So we looked for alternatives. Through a trade magazine and a visit to the booth at Automechaniker in Frankfurt in 2012, we came across the Austrian heater manufacturer Puls-air, says Peuker. After friendly and competent advice, we purchased our first Puls-air hall heater in 2012.
We were very surprised how quickly the completely ready-to-use, device was delivered. Plug and play. Commissioning the Puls-air heater was extremely simple and straightforward, according to Peuker. Plug it into the socket, connect it to the heating oil tank and discharge the exhaust gas into the open air. The unit is ready to go. For the first few days, we ran it on the 20-liter heating oil tank that came with it, which was no problem, explains Peuker.
Our employees are very satisfied with the heating, the workplaces are pleasantly warm even on extremely cold days. In addition, the heat is where work is done and not, as with ceiling fans, at the top of the ceiling. The heating oil consumption of Puls-air is extremely low and we save ourselves 50% of the previous heating costs, Peuker enthuses. What's also amazing about the heaters is their heating capacity. "It's -15 °C outside, I turn on the Puls-air and in 5 minutes the entire hall is warm!" I'm so happy with the heater that I switched my entire operation to Puls-air, so I bought a second one in 2016 and three more Puls-air heaters for the commercial vehicle hall in 2018.
Since the Puls-air heaters run so economically and consequently also have fantastic exhaust gas values, the acceptance by the chimney sweep was not the slightest problem. The chimney sweep confirmed the top exhaust values stated by Mr. Pletzer and said that he had never seen anything like it! Because of my conviction of Puls-air, I have also recommended the heater to some colleagues and workshops, they were just as enthusiastic and also ordered a heater, explained Peuker.
