Significantly lower heating costs thanks to innovative heating from Tyrol
The company Kfz-Schmied with managing director Herbert Schmied incl. 9 employees relies on Puls-air. The car dealership attaches particular importance to personal customer contact and top service. Customer satisfaction has the highest priority, Herbert Schmied tells us.
"In the past, there were always problems with the existing ceiling heating. This did not bring the workshop up to temperature and consumed an extremely large amount of electricity," says owner Herbert Schmied. A mechanic still describes the following problem to us: "I once had to replace a workshop lamp on the ceiling, climbed up with the ladder and it was extremely warm there and just not downstairs!" A solution to the problem had to be found. Schmied's attention was drawn to Puls-air by a user report in the trade journal Kfz-Betrieb, whereupon he contacted the heater manufacturer from Austria.
During the sales meeting, Werner Pletzer (owner of Puls-air) explained to him: Puls-air generates heat on the floor, where work is done. This creates an optimal room climate and also saves heating oil. Puls-air distributes the heat very well in the room, so that even on cold winter days a pleasant and even room temperature prevails. In addition, Puls-air saves heating costs by not having to blow the lighter warm air down from above with a lot of energy. The heater relies here on the more economical roller effect.
When we ordered our first unit after friendly and competent advice in 2016, we were delighted with the prompt delivery and extremely uncomplicated commissioning, Mr. Schmied describes to us. "The heater is delivered on a Euro pallet and is equipped with a 20-liter tank, which makes immediate commissioning possible. However, we were later able to connect the device to our existing heating oil tank without any problems." Due to the massive heating oil savings we were able to achieve with the innovative heater, we ordered another unit in 2018 to heat an additional room. Also with the second unit we are very satisfied with the fast delivery, the uncomplicated commissioning and the economical running of the Puls-air heaters.
"Connection and acceptance without any problems" is how Herbert Schmied described his experience with the chimney sweep and Puls-air to us.
The final clear statement from Mr. Schmied and his staff: "Small price, compact, easy commissioning, low consumption."
There are 2 models of Puls-air. Puls-air Standard up to 600 m³ and Puls-air Plus up to 1,800 m³. Both values with very good insulation. For larger premises, several devices can also be used in combination.
With conventional ceiling fans, a lot of heat is lost through long pipes. Heating large quantities of water in the boiler also requires a lot of energy. In addition, conventional oil burners have poor efficiency. With Puls-air, the efficiency is 97%, meaning almost all of the fuel that is introduced is converted into heat. In addition, Puls-air stands on the floor of the room to be heated, releases the warm air where work is being done and creates a slowly rotating thermal air roll in the room. The air is not always heated from 0 way, but preheated always pulled through the heater.
GF Schinagl also noticed positively that the running noise of Puls-air is much more pleasant and much less dust is stirred up than with ceiling fans.
