Broesel Fahrzeugtechnik currently employs 7 trained employees who work on 5 workstations. The Broesel team is there for its customers summer and winter!
Especially for work in winter, the topic of workshop heating is important so that work can be done quickly and without freezing even in the cold season.
The 2 separate halls with a cubature of approx. 500 m³ and approx. 800 m³ (both relatively poorly insulated) are now heated by 2 heaters from the Austrian manufacturer Puls-air. Previously, the newly built hall was not heated at all. In the existing hall there were ceiling blowers with hot water! "The ceiling fans needed a lot of supply temperature to be warm, and that cost a lot!" - says Mr. Brosze (GF). A search was made for an alternative heating system that would cost less to heat. Through an article in an automotive trade magazine, Brosze became aware of Puls-air.
Back in 2013, GF Brosze ordered the 1st Puls-air heater, which was used to heat the existing hall instead of the ceiling fan. Brosze also opted for Puls-air for the new building, mainly because he is very satisfied with the heat distribution in the room and he only needs 1,500 L of fuel oil annually to heat the halls.
Brosze is also convinced by the performance and economy of its Puls-air heaters, which run with the patented pulsating combustion and thus also produce hardly any exhaust gases. The almost unbelievable emission values of the Austrian workshop and hall heaters also make them uninteresting for chimney sweeps. Advantage: saving the costs for chimney sweeps.
When asked how the heaters turned out to be commissioned, Brosze replied, "Super easy, plug in and flue pipe out, didn't take long." - and that's how it should be!
